In Detail

The FL-4BRI allows users to extend up to 4 ISDN Basic Rate interfaces over fibre optic cabling. The FL-2BRI allows users to extend 2 ISDN Basic Rate interfaces over fibre. Both units are available with multi or singlemode optics. The multimode version allows transport of ISDN2e up to 8Km and the singlemode up to 120Km.

The FL-BRI units are easily configured via the VT-100 terminal interface and useful statistics and statuses can be view here too. The remote FL-BRI can also be configured via the local by means of an embedded communications channel contained within the fibre link.
