In Detail

The AMS-16 is a 16 slot modular, 4VU, rack mountable, multi-media converter chassis ideally suited for the communications room environment. The AMS-16 supports up to 16 FL4-BRI cards. Each card operates independently and is hot swappable so new cards may be fitted as required. This flexibility enables the unit to grow with the network.

Power supplies are available in 110/230V AC or 48V DC versions. A single power module is capable of supplying a fully populated chassis and an optional second supply provides redundancy.

An optional SNMP control card facilitates centralised management for configuration, diagnostic and alarm reporting.
