Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced sales professional with a proven track record selling into carrier markets.

Reporting to the sales director you will possess a strong understanding of carrier's structure and requirements and be responsible for developing significant levels of new business. Experience in the Optical Access market, specifically the middle/last mile, dealing with copper/fibre CPEs is essential. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate previous success selling to larger carriers such as BT and Virgin Media/NTL.

This role provides an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to work at the forefront of copper/fibre access technologies.

Marketing Executive

We are seeking someone who can successfully devise, engineer and impliement a complete cohesive marketing strategy for the entire organisation.

Responsible for all areas of the marketing mix, this is an all encompassing role, working from strategy formulation through to creative production and distribution. Consequently candidates should possess a strong understanding of marketing concepts, excellent copywriting skills and an eye for graphic design. Good planning and organisation skills are essential and basic html and a working knowledge of publishing and graphics packages is beneficial.

Key responsibilities:
Mailshots: Appropriate research prior to campaigns, campaign planning, creative production of the physical copy and any support material required, distribution and evaluation.
Marketing Collateral: Formulation and creative production of all marketing collateraland sales support material. This will include datasheets, brochures, corporate communications and sales scripts.
Website: Maintenance and update of the Lanode website including, SEO, new product listing and product promotion via the site.
PR: Press releases to be written and distributed monthly.
